A few hours before writing this post, this affirmations card fell out of a stack of paper and landed right in front of me.
I have the courage to follow my heart.
A few years ago (time flies!) I was approached by fellow dancer Kyria of the Netherlands about collaborating on an affirmations project for dancers.
I am, and always have been, a firm believer in the power of words.
At the time I was asked to join, I had already been experimenting with writing down daily affirmations in my journal.
I was inspired to try it after listening to the following Bruce Lee podcast episodes:

- affirmations-part-2-emotions-reason-and-conscience
- affirmations-part-3-willpower
It was an inspiring project to be part of.
