What I like about it:

This course consists of not one but two full hour sessions – so you’ll get to try different variations and modifications, and see the progressions as you follow along with the video classes.

I also loved the upbeat energy and disarming honesty of Divya. She seems like a wonderful person and an amazing athlete.

What it does for me

I love the emphasis on shoulder release and upper body opening of the first session (ideal before/after sword class, and to recover after days with lots of admin work!) and the gentle hip rotation and hamstring work of the second session (great for taekwondo and dance prep/recovery!)

Effects after a few sessions

I’m noticing – after doing session 1 a few times – that I can breathe more deeply, and my posture is more ‘open’ and relaxed.

Also, my legs/hips kind of feel ‘lighter’ after doing session 2 – especially noticeable during taekwondo class.

My favourite exercise:

I absolutely love the ‘weighted turnout’ exercise. It‘s relaxing (no strain at all) and at the same time gently strenghtening.
