Pictures of a lovely rainy day walk with Mr. E in Aachener/Brander Wald last weekend.

We took our Shaolin Sticks with us (safer to swing them outside vs in our apartment, right?) so we could practice a few traditional Shaolin staff forms and moves together (as taught by Grandmaster Shi Yan Hai)

..we were rewarded with double rainbows for it 🙂
