This special Valentine’s Day K-Newsie is dedicated to YOU (yes, you :))

One of the most beautiful things of the past 22 years of my dance life has been.. connection.

The many wonderful people I got to meet, move and hang out with ( ‘3D’ and/or virutally) over the years are what I treasure the most about this dance adventure.

My dance teachers, online BOOSTies (hi!!), dance friends, (‘live’ and online) students, colleagues, organizers, blog readers and FB/Insta/K-Newsie followers, dudesies from all over the world.. I love you.

Without your support, especially during the past 5 ‘online only’ years of dance (time flies!!) I don’t know if I would still be teaching and/or dancing today.

So much joy, inspiration and love it created. And still does.

I appreciate you all.

I am deeply thankful for the years of dance, and also.. for the wonders of technology.

Because you know what?

Teaching from home right now is what allows me to recharge my batteries, to keep on learning while I teach – but most importantly – it allows me to finally(!) make up for the days, weeks and months of missing my Mr. E so much during the first 15 years we’ve been together.

The mythical Mr. E.. He has supported me so much over the years.

I’ve always been teaching, learning, dancing and traveling. I loved it. But we were also always missing each other.

Finding a balance is key. Between doing what we love, what we must, taking care of ourselves, and spending time with our loved ones..That is what life is all about.

Sharing (and learning!) online allows me to do just that.

LOVE keeps me going. 

Right?

For the art, for ourselves, for this world, for each other.
