Last weekend’s walk in Eschweiler Wald featured toads, butterflies (hard to photograph, very fast ones!) trees, birds and fresh spring water. A moment to free our minds and rinse our souls.. Enjoy!

Our current backyard situation.. Daisies and daffodils. Sounds like a very mellow sixties rock band. How is spring looking where you are?
This weekend Mr E and I revisited a circular walk in Langerwehe, (Eifel), one which we first discovered a summer ago. It was.. different. Darker. Wilder. More raw. Sunshine, crisp air and fresh green leaves – it felt almost like a springtime walk. January 2020 – Wurmtal walking route A1. Enjoy!
